Holiday Throwing Camp
The Holiday Throwing Camp will take pitchers through 3 consecutive days of throwing at different intensities to teach young pitchers how to manage their throwing workload throughout the week as they build into their high school and travel ball seasons.
Day 1 will be a work day, Day 2 a higher-intensity/bullpen day, and Day 3 will focus on recovery.
The camp will focus on movement patterns, mobility, rotational drills, and arm care to prepare the body for the upcoming preseason of throwing and mound progression.
Movement Patterns
This camp will focus on developing the movement patterns to influence the ideal mechanics for each pitcher. These drills will not only focus on mound mechanics but also improve overall agility and athleticism.
