3PM Full Membership

The 3PM Full Membership is our comprehensive, year-round program that focuses on creating a long-term development schedule for pitchers who are looking to take their game to an elite level. Full-time members will have individualized plans that will prioritize improvement while working around their school and/or travel ball schedules to create constant development of pitching and athletic skills. Members will receive priority for scheduling individual sessions, along with extra access to the facility through a member group chat, to come in and work through their plan on their own during non-session hours.

Movement Evaluation

All new athletes joining 3PM pitching for membership will begin with a consultation to allow us determine your goals and create a personalized plan that will prioritize your development as a pitcher. Next, a movement evaluation will be conducted to test current mobility and athleticism. This data will be used by the coaches to create the ideal warm-up, mobility, and arm care routines for the athlete. Then, throwing mechanics will be evaluated to help us determine the best mechanics that work for you based on the body type and arm path. Finally, a bullpen session will be evaluated to determine pitch design along with how to effectively sequence and tunnel your pitches to achieve peak performance.

Corrective Throwing Drills

Individual specific drills using a variety of techniques (plyos, medballs, etc.) to correct the mechanical and structural changes on the mound to create ideal throwing mechanics.

Throwing Programs

Guidelines of how to monitor throwing on your own, based on your mound sessions, to stay healthy and continue improving on your own.

Recovery

How to recover from high-intensity throwing and return the mound quickly and stay healthy.


Arm Care

How to properly strengthen your arm and prevent injuries throughout the year.


Mobility

Teaching and giving the mobility drills based on the individual to improve performance.


Lifiting Programs

Access to lifting information based on the season to help prevent injury and push performance goals.


Priority Facility Access

Full-time members will have priority to scheduling times within the facility as well as specific membership time slots that will give them additional time during the week to come in and work through their plan, outside of their weekly lessons.

In-Season Video and Statistical Analysis

Members will have weekly check-ins along with additional pitching and statistical analysis during school and/or travel ball seasons to continue mentorship and teach how to self-analyze pitching outings to create better sequencing and tunneling.

Additional Pitching Education Sessions

We will conduct monthly sit-down sessions that will be free for all members. These 60-90 minute talk sessions will educate pitchers and their families on the mental side of elite pitching. These sessions will delve into various topics each time to cover additional information, such as mindset, evaluating hitters, pitch sequencing, and pitcher-catcher relationship, and more.

The 3PM Full-Time Membership is recommended only for athletes who are completely committed to their year-round development as a pitcher. 

Athletes who register at the current price point will not be subject to any price increases in the following years.
