About Us

Origin of 3PM

The passion for developing players at 3PM Pitching begins with taking the experience our staff has gained from the professional and college game and connecting it to the younger market.

Travel baseball is great for getting reps and competition, but many travel programs often lack the focus on long-term development. We will prioritize education and mentorship through the development process by taking the info we get from our evaluations and your season to continually evolve your development plan.

All of the staff at 3PM Pitching will have passion and drive to help guide pitchers into the best version of themselves by connecting the best drills and movement patterns that fit how your body wants to move.

As a company we will constantly communicate and collaborate to create the best plan for your long-term development focusing on building you as a complete athlete and pitcher.

The journey can be a bumpy one. We will help you develop the ability respond to adversity and deal with failure. That ability is a key component to becoming a great player.

After three decades in professional baseball, I am excited to bring true development to a younger market. I am also extremely excited to introduce some very talented young coaches to the company. These coaches share my growth mindset and passion for making a positive difference in players.

TRUE PITCHING DEVELOPMENT

PASSION, PATIENCE, & POSTIVE ENERGY

Why 3PM?

For 30 years as a coach in professional baseball my focus has been at 3PM. Developing pitches, talking about the mental side of the game and having discussions on what the previous games have told us and how to implement that into our workday. Mental and physical skill development was the goal and creating an evolving development plan was how we kept each player on track.

I was also blessed to see some of the best in the game prepare. Watching them grind to develop their skills and become what you saw on TV. Their continued evolution as players was built through the work they did at 3PM when no one was in the stands watching them.

One of my favorite quotes is: “You have to fall in love with the process of being great!” Greatness comes from the hard work and dedication to your craft. It’s who you become on the journey, not the journey or the destination.

It's Always 3PM Here!

Core Values

Supporting players through the development process. Creating a system that helps stay connected through the training and baseball season to continue to educate and develop the physical and mental skills of the player. That physical and mental development will be the main focus of 3PM Pitching. We will use passion, patience, & positive energy to develop more well-rounded athletes and young men.

Development is not linear. There will be bumps along the road in each journey. The skills we teach our players to succeed in baseball are the same skills it takes to succeed in life.

Our program will focus on dedication, discipline and commitment to excellence as we teach our players how to deal with adversity and respond to failure. We will empower our players by teaching them solutions and adjustments to self-correct when things get chaotic. We pride ourselves on maximizing the physical and mental, not just building the talent.
