Build-up to Throwing Camp
The Build-Up to Throwing Camp will delve into developing pitchers through the non-throwing/de-load phase of the off-season. Pitchers will work on movement patterns, mobility, rotational drills, and arm care to prepare the body for the upcoming preseason of throwing and mound progression.
The Build-Up to Throwing Camp will run for three weeks, with two 1-hour sessions per week.
This camp will be available in October, November, and December; based on which month the athlete would like to begin his off-season throwing progression.
