High School Preseason Camp
The High School Preseason Camp will focus on preparing pitchers for the upcoming spring season. This preseason build-up bridges the gap from off-season development to the intense demands of the spring season. The 8-week camp will have pitchers working with players in their age group on mobility, rotational movement, arm care, and movement patterns to improve the efficiency of their delivery. Pitchers will build their throwing workload and mound progressions weekly to properly prepare the arm for the high school season while working on pitch design, tunneling, and sequencing pitches.
Throwing Progression
We will guide players through a throwing program that will safely ramp up throwing volume and intensity to prepare for the workload of the school or travel season.
Movement Patterns
We will teach the correct movement patterns that go into the pitching delivery, which will allow athletes to induce the mechanical changes needed on the mound without high-intensity throwing.
Mobility
Teaching and giving the correct mobility drills based on the individual to improve performance
Arm Care
How to correctly strengthen your arm and prevent injuries in season.
